What I offer
Who I help
My approach blends strength with stillness, precision with presence. In yoga, we explore alignment and breath alongside yogic philosophy — building both flexibility and inner steadiness. On the reformer, we work with control and resistance to build strength from the inside out. And in sound healing, we set intentions altogether and simply rest — letting gong, bowls, and tuning forks do the work of settling the nervous system. However you arrive, my aim is the same: to help you feel more at home in your body.
How I teach
My teaching holds a balance of strength and softness.
Some yoga classes are strong and energising, helping you build physical strength and explore personal goals such as arm balances or handstands. Other practices are slower and deeply nourishing, like yin yoga, where I gently guide you inward — offering space to rest, release, and softly return home to your centre.
On the reformer, that same balance shows up differently — precision and control paired with a steady, considered pace. It's strength work, but it's also a practice in focus: tracking small movements, building from the inside out, and leaving feeling both worked and grounded.
And in sound healing, teaching becomes something quieter still — less guiding, more holding space. I set the room, set the intention, and let the instruments do what words can't: gong, bowls, and tuning forks working directly on the nervous system while you simply rest and receive.
Strength and softness. Effort and ease. Different tools, same intention.
The community
Community sits at the heart of everything I do.
Over the past eight years+ of teaching, one of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been watching a supportive and welcoming community grow — across the mat, the reformer, and the sound bath alike. People showing up for themselves, returning to practice, and sharing the experience together.
It's something I'm deeply grateful for and something I love continuing to nurture.
