SOUND
Vibration. Stillness. A deeper connection to yourself

What is Sound Healing (with me)?

Sound healing is so much more than lying down and listening. It's a deeply restorative practice that uses vibration, frequency, and the power of presence to guide the body and nervous system into a state of deep rest.

In my sessions, layers of sound are woven together using gongs, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, voice, and more. The sounds wash over the room like waves, gently dissolving tension and inviting the mind to settle. Unlike a yoga class, there is nothing you need to do. The invitation is simply to rest, breathe, and receive.

Why I love it.

Sound found me at a moment when words weren't enough.

I came to sound healing through my own practice — as a way of going deeper into stillness than yoga alone could take me. The first time I lay in a sound bath I felt something shift that I couldn't quite explain. A heaviness left. I felt held. I felt home.

Training to facilitate sound was a natural extension of everything I already believed about the body's ability to heal — and now sharing that space with others is one of the most sacred parts of what I do.

Who is it for?

Sound healing is for anyone who needs to rest, reset, or simply be still for a while.

You don't need any experience. You don't need to meditate or be spiritual. You just need to be willing to lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound do the rest.

Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, or just the relentless pace of everyday life — there's a place for you here.

Please get in touch before booking if any of the following apply to you:

  • Pregnancy — particularly in the first trimester

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Mental health conditions — including severe anxiety, psychosis, or PTSD (sound can be deeply activating and we want to ensure the right level of support is in place)

  • A pacemaker or other implanted medical device — some instruments, particularly gongs and certain frequencies, can interfere

How to practice with me?

1:1 Private Sessions — in person
A quieter, more personalised experience where the instruments and sounds are chosen entirely around you. Perfect if you're working through something specific, want dedicated time, or simply prefer a more intimate setting.

Group Sound Baths — across Nottinghamshire
I host monthly group sound baths at different locations, creating a beautiful shared space to rest and reset together. Each one is a unique journey — no two sessions are ever the same. A monthly Yin and Sound happens every 2nd Thursday of the month.
