Retreats
Space. Stillness. A few days to come back to yourself.
What is a retreat (with me)?
A retreat is permission. Permission to step away from your life for a few days, hand over the to-do list, and simply be.
At a Flow State retreat, movement, sound, nourishment, and rest are woven together into something that feels less like a schedule and more like a long exhale. We practice yoga together, sit in circle, eat beautiful food, and give your nervous system the kind of deep rest it rarely gets to experience. The days have a shape — but there is always space inside them for you to move at your own pace, follow what calls you, and simply be with yourself.
The retreats I host is small and intentional. Small intimate groups. Always somewhere beautiful.
Why I love it.
I have always believed that the real transformation happens in the gaps — not on the mat, but in the quiet conversation over breakfast, the walk before dinner, the moment in savasana when something finally lets go.
Retreats create the conditions for those moments. Held away from the noise of normal life, with a group of people who showed up for the same reason — to rest, to reconnect, to bloom — something shifts. Every time.
Hosting retreats is one of the most meaningful things I do. Watching someone arrive on a Friday carrying the weight of their week, and leave on a Sunday standing a little taller — that never gets old.
Who is it for?
Retreats are for anyone who is craving a proper reset.
You don't need to be an experienced yogi. You don't need to know anyone. You don't need to have it together. You just need to be ready for a few days of being gently held — by movement, by sound, by good food, and by a small group of like-minded people who are right there with you.
Whether you're coming solo, with a friend, or as a gift to yourself after a hard season — there is a place for you here.
