Sound, Journal + Circle - Huthwaite

Join us for a 2-hour Sound Healing and Circle event, designed to create space for you to just press PAUSE on life. Through the healing power of sound, intention, and connection, you’ll embark on a deep journey of relaxation, clarity, and spiritual connection.

We start by opening up the circle for our journalling session, once we've sat with the the prompts and enquired within we open up, sharing circle if you would like to share or just listen to others. We then rest in stillness and experience the beautiful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments that work to clear energy blockages, restore balance, and promote deep healing. The sound frequencies will harmonise your energy, relieve stress, and calm the nervous system.
